Important Update

Pilates Yoga Home will be pausing classes from 15 June 2026 while our family prepares for an international move.

At this stage we do not yet know whether the pause will be temporary or permanent, but we wanted to let our community know as early as possible.

We are deeply grateful for your support and will provide further updates as plans develop.

Welcome to Pilates Yoga Home, a beautiful community of well trained and experienced teachers, students and friends.

We keep class sizes small (maximum 9 participants) so that we can get to know you and address your needs.

Discover our fully equipped, dedicated studio in Angel Islington.  We offer a large range of the high quality group Pilates and yoga classes as well as Private Yoga, Pilates & Reformer Classes at affordable prices. Enjoy Pilates, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga,Slow Flow, Restorative yoga, Yin & yoga Nidra and Pregnancy Yoga

We also have monthly Workshops.

No matter where you are starting from, you will come away with tools that you can use to stay really relaxed, well and happy.

Kindness

When we are kind to ourselves, the mind relaxes, then the body relaxes and naturally becomes more flexible, healthy and strong.  Then the mind becomes even more calm and the virtuous circle continues.

The work is to extend this approach from our mat to our daily life, being kind and content where we are in every aspect of our life.

What's important to us is, how do you feel when you arrive at the studio compared with how you feel when you leave, and after months and years of regular attendance?  Do you notice positive changes in your life?

We observe where we are without wanting to be somewhere else.  In this way, we obtain the health benefits with the correct amount of effort.
